As a wellbeing coach I can help support you in restoring your health and wellbeing as well as empower you to focus on your life purpose.
Wellbeing coaching is a holistic form of coaching that looks at 8 key areas of your life and the role each area plays in your health and wellbeing. It is goal focused and empowers you to look at where you are now and where you'd like to be. Its helps you to define your goals and to identify, acknowledge and overcome obstacles and resistance that get in the way of these goals.
Wellbeing coaching empowers you to explore your values and beliefs as well as focus on your vision and life purpose. As a coach I will gently challenge any thoughts, behaviours and beliefs that are not supporting you and highlight any resistance that is preventing you from achieving your life purpose.
My clients have seen many positive shifts and life changes through their commitment and willingness to be accountable and make the changes that have been holding them back. They have felt empowered to create measurable changes to their health and wellbeing.
During coaching sessions I share a variety of tools and techniques with my clients including EFT, journaling and mindfulness.
I can help you create a personalised wellbeing plan and offer individual sessions or tailor made packages to meet your needs.
