I am a wellbeing coach based in Stroud. I specialise in supporting and empowering clients on their healing journey from chronic pain, fibromyalgia, M.E, CFS and stress induced conditions.

I live in Gloucestershire with my husband and have a grown up son. Passionate about being in nature, I love walking and spending time by the coast.

Following my experience of fibromyalgia and my own healing journey I have fulfilled my long held dream of being able to support and empower others on their recovery pathway. Prior to training as a coach I worked for many years as a Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages and for a major charity supporting older people.

I am a trauma informed and SIRPA trained wellbeing coach, an EFT practitioner and a specialist Chrysalis Effect practitioner.  I work holistically and incorporate a range of tools and techniques in my work including some that have helped me on my own recovery journey - EFT, mindfulness and journaling.

My clients say that I bring a unique skillset to my coaching work and that I work in a warm and caring way, whilst also challenging them to look at thoughts, behaviours and beliefs that are keeping them stuck in old patterns. I am passionate about sharing my own experience, knowledge and skills to educate, support and empower others.

I offer a variety of tailor made coaching packages to support clients looking to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing and to address the prevention of stress related illness. There are also packages for clients following the SIRPA approach and the Chrysalis Effect online recovery programme.
